• Hospitalization

BeWholeNG expressly disclaims liability for emergency situations.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Therapist–Client Relationship

A therapeutic relationship is formed only when:

• You book a session
• You match with a therapist
• You begin receiving professional support

BeWholeNG serves as an enabling platform; therapists are independent practitioners.

BeWholeNG is not liable for:

• Advice given by therapists
• The therapeutic outcomes
• Actions taken during or after therapy

However, we vet professionals and uphold strict quality and ethical standards.

7. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Payments for services must be completed before access is granted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BeWholeNG, including logos, graphics, articles, courses, videos, assessments, and platform design, is the exclusive property of BeWholeNG.

You may not:

• Distribute
• Modify
• Publish

• Engage in fraudulent activities

You may also delete your account at any time.
